This page explains what happens to the details you share on this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking form: who the visit is for, what it’s about, the patient’s name, a mobile number, an optional email address and a preferred day.

How it is sent

The form is delivered by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. FormSubmit handles the message under its own privacy policy. The site does not store your details in a database of its own.

How it is used

Only to arrange your visit. Your details are not sold or shared for marketing.

WhatsApp and calls

If you tap WhatsApp, the message opens in WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp’s own terms. Calls go straight to the clinic’s phone.

Maps, fonts and other services

The map is embedded from Google Maps and the fonts load from Google Fonts; the page layout tools load from jsDelivr. These services may receive your device’s IP address when the page loads. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
